Delete account

Request deletion of your ROPE account used in the ROPE, ROPE Courier, ROPE Merchant, or ROPE Fleet apps. This page is provided by the developer PEROMA HUMAN RESOURCES SRL and explains the deletion steps, deleted data, retained data, and retention periods.

How to request account deletion

  1. Sign in to the relevant ROPE app or web account with the email address for your account.
  2. Open Account / Privacy and choose Delete account, or email privacy [at] radelivery.com from the account email address.
  3. Include the app you use: ROPE, ROPE Courier, ROPE Merchant, or ROPE Fleet. For merchant or fleet accounts, include your role and organization.
  4. Confirm your identity if ROPE asks for additional verification.
  5. ROPE records the request, disables account access after validation, and confirms the request status by email or support.

Data deleted or anonymized

  • account profile, non-required contact data, saved addresses, and app preferences
  • active sessions, push tokens, and device identifiers used for notifications
  • optional app uploads that are no longer needed for legal, safety, dispute, or accounting obligations
  • sandbox/demo data associated with the account, where applicable

Data temporarily retained

  • orders, payments, refunds, invoices, COD balances, and tax/accounting records for up to 10 years where required by law
  • dispute, fraud, security, audit, and safety evidence for up to 3 years after closure unless a longer legal period applies
  • courier delivery and safety records while needed for investigations, payouts, disputes, or legal obligations
  • backup copies, which may remain for up to 90 days until normal backup rotation completes

Processing and retention period

Validated deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. If legal, tax, anti-fraud, courier safety, dispute, or open-transaction obligations apply, ROPE restricts the account and retains only the required data until the retention periods above expire.
